How do I check for my domain name? You can check to see if your domain name is available through our web site.

Do you offer Dial up internet service? No. We don't offer dial up internet service as many web hosting companies do for two reasons. One, having hundreds of users using a dial up account can take up bandwidth and cause the web sites to load slower. And two, dial up takes up a lot of time and energy for tech support and other things that would keep us from offering the best web hosting service we possibly can.

How long does it take to get an account setup? Your account will be setup at a maximum of 24 hours after receiving your order (weekdays only).

How do I transfer files to my web site? You use ftp, or File Transfer Protocol. There are technical faqs available for those who aren't familiar with FTP.

Will I know how many "hits" my site is getting? Yes, you will have a log file ...................

Does Animus accept International Orders? Yes. We currently host many international clients and welcome payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

What payment terms are available? We bill on a quarterly basis with 3, 6, and 12 month contract terms available. We accept payment in advance by check or credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa).

How long has Animus been in business? Animus Communications has been in business for over a year. We have hundreds of satisfied clients. Do you offer technical support? Yes. We offer technical support via e-mail or telephone. Click here to find out how to reach us.

Does Animus handle domain name registration? Yes. We submit a domain registration or transfer to the Internic. Usually the entire process takes about a week to complete. To reserve a domain, Internic charges a fee of $100 for the first two years and $50 for each year thereafter.

Can I transfer my domain to Animus? Yes. We will submit the transfer to the Internic . You will need to copy your site onto our server and once Internic transfers the domain name all traffic will be directed to our server.

How do I order? Simply fill out our online order form. Once you complete the order form you can fax or mail it to us and we will set up your account within a few hours (during business hours).
