What if I want to cancel in the middle of my term?
SUMMARY
Cancellations can be made anytime. Accounts are pro-rated one month
AFTER cancellation date. Accounts that are cancelled within thirty (30)
days of original sign-up will receive a refund of the monthly charges.
DETAILED SOLUTION
You can cancel anytime. If you cancel in the first thirty (30) days
of your contract, you will be refunded all but your setup fee(s). If
you cancel in the midst of your term, your account will be pro-rated
beginning ONE MONTH after cancellation date.
For example:
If you signed up for an account on 1-1 and cancelled on 2-1, you would
be responsible for 1-1 to 3-1. We would refund you for the last month.
If you decide to cancel, we will need a fax with your signature and the
accounts you wish to cancel ONE MONTH prior to the next billing date.
