You are not restricted to any particular directory for cgi scripts.
You simply need to make sure that the directory has execute
permissions. The only directory that is not available to use is
cgi-bin. This directory is reserved for our centralized cgi scripts.
Many of our clients use the "cgi" directory to place their scripts,
but this is not required.
