Can someone get into my account?
SUMMARY
Not if you on't let anybody know your password and don't use common
words or numbers as a password.
DETAILED SOLUTION
If somebody has the password to your account, they can get into your
account without any trouble. As far as hackers go, it is extremely
difficult to crack passwords on a Solaris system. Only the System
Administrator has access to the file that holds the passwords, and
even then, the passwords are encrypted so that not even the SysAdmin
can read them. A hacker can try a brute force attack, but the amount
of time required to get in would be extremely large (on the order of
weeks or months).
